EXL is seeking an experienced SAVP – Data Management Engagement Lead to drive delivery of Data Management engagements in the Energy & Utilities and Travel & Transport sectors, with flexibility for hybrid London work and client-site time as required.

You will lead engagements from initiation to completion, manage engagement financials, and help shape sector propositions under the Interlock Lead. This role demands strong delivery credibility and client-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering data management engagements in enterprise settings.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain knowledge in energy, utilities, or travel & transport sectors.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of assigned Data Management engagements or major workstreams from initiation through completion, on client site as required, in alignment with requirements, objectives, contracted deliverables and EXL methodologies.
• Manage the day-to-day engagement financials – budget tracking, invoicing inputs, provisions and forecasts – with Finance monthly and oversight from the Interlock Lead.
• Act as the senior EXL point of contact on the ground for assigned engagements, providing the first line escalation for client delivery stakeholders.
• Assemble and manage the resources required to fulfil planned delivery to customer expectations, coordinating with delivery enablement, resource management, and technical leads.
• Manage project change requests and corrective actions, raising commercial changes and material risks to the Interlock Lead for decision.
• Track and report engagement metrics that evidence delivery progress, quality and business value.
• Provide consistent, accurate and timely status reporting to project sponsors and stakeholders, covering progress, risks, issues and actions.
