EXL is seeking a SAVP – Data Management Solution Lead in London to architect scalable data solutions for Banking & Capital Markets, Energy, Utilities and Travel sectors. You will balance billable delivery with pre-sales activity, shaping architecture, proposals and client meetings, while collaborating with AI engineering teams.

You will guide data architecture across cloud platforms, ensure governance and AI readiness, and lead delivery teams to build robust data foundations for AI adoption in

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years designing and delivering enterprise data solutions: data warehouses, data platforms, data integration and data migration.
• 3+ years working with Banking & Capital Markets or Energy, Utilities and Travel sectors in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on experience architecting on major cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong data modelling with governance, metadata and data quality design.
• Working understanding of AI and generative AI, and data foundations for AI adoption.
• Experience supporting pre-sales: shaping, estimation and proposals.
• Technical leadership to delivery teams, including design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• 60% Billable Solution Architecture on Client Engagements.
• Design end-to-end data management solutions: architectures, platforms, lakehouse, pipelines, models.
• Define data quality, metadata, lineage and governance standards for engagements.
• Ensure AI-readiness of data solutions with governed data for AI/ retrieval needs.
• Guide and review delivery teams, including multi‑shore engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews; manage risks and estimation for delivery.
• 30% Solution Design & Pre-Sales: shaping approach, architecture, delivery models and estimates.
• Contribute to proposals, RFI/RFP responses, demos, and client workshops.
