Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to engage with our largest customers, guiding adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to craft custom solutions and drive outcomes for complex data initiatives.

You will influence executive stakeholders, lead workshops, and contribute to technical community efforts while leveraging your cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and Google.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with complex customers in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or ML/AI.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and securing long-term customer outcomes.
• Hands-on with proofs-of-concept and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to client sites and London offices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Databricks’ most complex customers to achieve platform goals.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
• Coach teams on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution to meet timelines.
• Influence stakeholders across the wider cloud ecosystem and third-party apps.
