Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, driving consumption strategy and executive-level relationships. You will act as the definitive technical authority for accounts, mentoring teams and shaping enterprise-scale AI, data and platform initiatives.

You will oversee multi-workload architectures, real-time systems, and migrations, leveraging Databricks expertise to influence platform adoption and revenue growth across strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level coding with Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumption strategy and platform adoption for large engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships and trusted advisory role.
• Lead complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms and migrations.
• Mentor junior SAs (L3–L5) and contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership.
