Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect in London to own the technical strategy for customers and drive platform adoption. You will lead architecture discussions, design scalable data/AI solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams.

You will work across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, coordinating with DSAs, SSAs, and partners to deliver complex outcomes while influencing product direction with customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or a senior technical role.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding ability.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture, pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns.
• Proficiency with Databricks Platform and ability to develop a technical archetype.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data eng, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins through custom-built Databricks solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
