Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to engage with the company’s largest customers in the London region, guiding adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop engagement strategies, and influence decisions at multiple levels.

You will coach account teams, lead proofs-of-concept, and deliver customer-facing collateral to showcase the platform’s value across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging complex customers within a sales/pre-sales cycle.
• Strong technical background in data engineering, DWH or ML/AI.
• Ability to influence executives and orchestrate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Databricks' most complex customers to drive platform adoption.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with account teams.
• Coach and mentor core account teams on positioning and execution.
• Lead workshops and proofs-of-concept across cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Travel up to 60% to London offices and customer sites.
