Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to engage with our largest and most complex customers in London, guiding adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives and tech Specialists to design customized data solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.

You will need a strong technical background in data engineering, data warehousing, or ML/AI, with proficiency in Python/SQL, and

Qualifications

• Technical background in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing or ML/AI
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; willingness to learn Spark
• Hands-on with proofs-of-concept and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Ability to influence decision-makers and work in complex customer engagements
• Experience in pre-sales or analogous customer-facing technical roles

Responsibilities

• Engage with complex customers to adopt Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• Develop customer engagement strategies with account teams
• Coach and align account teams on positioning and adoption
• Lead technical workshops, collateral, and customer forums
• Travel up to 60% to London offices and customer sites
