Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the data centre HVAC and cooling infrastructure market. The role focuses on developing senior relationships with M&E consultants, contractors and end users, identifying opportunities at the design and specification stages, and converting them through design to order.

Regular UK travel is expected, with home-based arrangements and UK-wide scope.

Qualifications

Experience in data centres, mission-critical cooling, HVAC or mechanical infrastructure.
Established relationships with M&E consultants and contractors.
Ability to discuss technically complex projects with engineers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with M&E/MEP consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
Identify data-centre projects at design and specification stages.
Understand technical, operational and commercial requirements on projects.
Influence specifications and position engineered solutions.
Progress opportunities through design, tender, procurement and orders.
Develop existing relationships and create new business.
Manage high-value, long-cycle project pipelines.
Produce accurate forecasts and maintain CRM activity.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering and manufacturing teams.
Support growth across the UK, Ireland and potentially Europe.
