Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an Area Sales Manager for HVAC/Data Centres to drive growth across London, the South East and adjacent areas. The role focuses on developing relationships with M&E consultants, consulting engineers and contractors, guiding projects from design through tender to order.

You will promote engineered HVAC/building-services equipment and work with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling through M&E consultants and mechanical contractors would be advantageous.
• Track record of specification or project-led sales is desirable.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/building-services market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across London, the South East and surrounding areas.
• Target M&E consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Identify new data-centre and commercial HVAC projects.
• Develop relationships with consultants and influence equipment specifications.
• Follow projects from initial design/specification through tender to order.
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations and site visits.
• Work with customers to understand applications and develop technical solutions.
• Develop both new and existing accounts across the territory.
• Manage quotations, project opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Work closely with internal engineering, estimating and technical teams.
