Description

To support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. Working with Client organisations, their Housing, Customer and Asset departments to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and management for area teams responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring all key operational and financial targets are achieved in line with the aims and objectives of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sourcing, collation, and analysis of complex data sets on property condition, service demand, and delivery performance.
  • Design and optimise target operating models for delivering works and services efficiently and to a high standard, leveraging data insights and Lumensol expertise.
  • Identify risks and opportunities from data to inform service transformation and strategic decision-making.
  • Produce accurate, objective, and actionable analysis and reports based on operational and financial data.
  • Derive insights from data to assess client business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote effective decision-making by delivering focused, priority-led management information (MI) to stakeholders.
  • Lead projects that focus on business effectiveness, efficiency, and preventative maintenance, underpinned by robust cost-benefit analysis.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and proposals that deliver measurable impact for clients.
  • Transform high-volume data sets into meaningful MI, ensuring clarity and relevance for decision-makers.
  • Deliver high-quality written, tabulated, and graphical outputs for reports and presentations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of housing sector context and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in operational and administrative systems and processes.
  • Utilise advanced data analysis techniques and applications such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for modelling and reporting.
  • Ensure governance and compliance in all data handling and reporting activities.

  • Provide visible leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.

Skills and Experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to use data analysis tools effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance to junior team members when required.

Demonstrated ability to follow processes, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
