To support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. Working with Client organisations, their Housing, Customer and Asset departments to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and management for area teams responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring all key operational and financial targets are achieved in line with the aims and objectives of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Ability to lead assigned projects or workstreams and deliver to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to use data analysis tools effectively.
Organised, professional, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance to junior team members when required.
Demonstrated ability to follow processes, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
