Job summary

Advocate Group in London is seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager to own D2C growth for a prestige beauty brand portfolio. You will drive online performance across conversion, AOV and promotions, aligning trading priorities with D2C and retailer.com while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with CRM, Media, Digital and Operations to shape customer journeys and traffic strategies, ensuring a consumer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce trading and P&L management.
• Background in beauty or luxury brands preferred.
• Hands-on with D2C platforms (Shopify) and CMS.
• Strong understanding of conversion, traffic, and promotions.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Own the D2C P&L across an assigned portfolio of prestige beauty brands.
• Drive trading performance across conversion, AOV, sales, promotions, stock and merchandising.
• Set integrated online priorities across D2C and retailer.com.
• Coordinate central specialist teams to deliver against cluster priorities.
• Partner with CRM to shape customer journeys around trading and consumer priorities.
• Work with Media teams on traffic and acquisition priorities.
• Coordinate stock, exclusives and promotional plans with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
• Use performance data and scorecards to identify opportunities and drive action.
• Work closely with Brand, Commercial and Finance to align teams around one cluster plan.
