Flourish is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Basingstoke to manage and grow relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients within cybersecurity and network systems. You will oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts and coordinate with SOC, NOC, and delivery teams to ensure services meet client needs.

The role emphasizes deep account growth, renewal support, and high-level relationship management across a broad technical portfolio in a pan-European group.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management within cybersecurity, networking, or IT managed services.
• Experience growing and retaining relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Ability to work with technical teams in a complex environment.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills at senior levels.

Responsabilités
