Flourish is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Basingstoke to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients within cybersecurity and network systems integration. You will lead senior client relationships, coordinate with SOC/NOC/professional services, and drive renewals and commercial negotiations.

• A strong track record of account management within cybersecurity, networking, or IT managed services.
• Experience growing and retaining relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Comfort operating in a technically complex environment with specialist teams.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and network technology.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client accounts
• Identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet across managed services, professional services, and security/network solutions
• Acting as a senior, trusted point of contact for key client relationships
• Collaborating with technical and delivery teams (SOC, NOC, and professional services) to ensure accounts are well-served
• Supporting renewals and commercial negotiations across the account base
