Job summary

Amplitude, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join the EMEA team, focusing on strategic technical guidance during implementation, adoption and renewal.

You will deepen product integration, design data governance and instrumentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop a mastery of Amplitude products to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
• Be an expert in Amplitude Platform to guide customers as they integrate Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize business processes, documentation, and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success to streamline internal processes and improve data management for customers.
• Join a collaborative EMEA team and become the technical expert in complex engagements from implementation through renewal.
