Qualifications

• 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts.
• Proficient in modern web/mobile development concepts and languages (SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, RESTful APIs).
• Execution- and customer-service oriented with strong delivery focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with SaaS products in product analytics/digital marketing/data platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a mastery of the company products to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance.
• Be an expert in the Platform to guide customers as they integrate into data flows and business processes.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize processes and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success teams to improve data management experiences.
