Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive in Chelmsford to support the Customer Services Manager and deliver an exceptional experience for a global customer base within a growing manufacturing business.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure orders are processed accurately, enquiries resolved promptly and information shared for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Order Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling international customers and complex order processes.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and solid knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support the Customer Services Manager in day-to-day operations and team activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing first-class service.
• Work with Sales to support key accounts and identify opportunities to enhance relationships.
• Liaise with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer and identify barriers in the customer journey.
• Produce reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
