You will manage customer enquiries from first contact to resolution, take ownership of issues, and support colleagues. The role offers a salary of £26,000-£30,000 DOE plus excellent benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Confidence in making decisions and handling issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
