Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, production, planning, logistics and finance to ensure on-time delivery, resolve escalations, and deliver data-driven insights that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer order management or related roles.
• End-to-end order lifecycle experience.
• EDI processes preferable.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts.
• End-to-end order lifecycle from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Resolve queries and escalations to closure.
• Collaborate with sales, production, planning, logistics, and finance teams.
• Represent the business in customer meetings and support account development.
• Monitor account performance and provide dashboards and insights.
