Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to support the Customer Services Manager and drive exceptional service for a global customer base. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to ensure orders are processed efficiently and inquiries are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Order Management in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience handling international customers and complex order processes.
• Strong ERP/CRM experience (SAP or similar).
• Advanced Excel and good MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Services Manager in day-to-day operations and team activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver first-class service.
• Collaborate with Sales to support key accounts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to resolve issues and improve service.
• Act as the voice of the customer and remove barriers in the customer journey.
• Recommend and support process improvements within Customer Service.
• Produce reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Assist with projects and additional tasks as required.
