Bulk™ in London is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own the channel strategy, drive activation, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. You will lead a small team and partner with Brand, eCommerce, Data, and Creative to deliver measurable growth.

You will oversee omnichannel lifecycle programs and champion personalization, testing, and data-driven decision making to optimise revenue across UK and EU markets.

Qualifications

• 7 years in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing within eCommerce/D2C.
• Experience owning multi-channel lifecycle programs that improved repeat rate and LTV.
• Hands-on with ESP/CDP platforms (Braze/Klaviyo/Iterable/SMA Cloud/Emarsys).
• Strong analytics, cohort reads, Incrementality concepts.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-market CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and direct mail.
• Build and own lifecycle blueprint: onboarding, replenishment, cross-sell/upsell, win-back, loyalty, referrals.
• Translate strategy into quarterly roadmap with hypotheses, testing plans, and revenue targets.
• Oversee automation campaigns, segmentation, creative briefs, QA, and post-analysis.
• Champion personalization and dynamic content for relevance and conversion.
• Maintain testing discipline with subject lines, send-time, content, segmentation, and offers.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to shape audience strategy and attribution for CRM revenue.
• Track KPIs: deliverability, opens, CTR, conversions, AOV, repeat rate, churn, LTV.
• Ensure data quality; manage profiling and preferences.
