Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a versatile CRM Manager to lead the UK & Europe lifecycle communications strategy and implementation. You will shape campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and impact customer experience.

You will develop and manage CRM strategy, segmentation, and engagement initiatives; use data to tailor messages across email, push, and in-product channels; oversee calendar, deliverability, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Mid‑level experience in B2C CRM with segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Experience end-to-end planning, development, and execution of large‑scale engaging campaigns.
• Customer‑first attitude with a deep understanding of segmentation and customer needs.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and from different departments.
• Self‑starter with a passion for taking ownership of projects and driving impact.
• Technically savvy with a creative eye for design and messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive performance.
• Comfortable creating and running complex and impact‑driven A/B testing plans.
• Ideally proficient in using Braze or similar ESPs

Responsibilities

• Develop UK & Europe CRM strategy, including lifecycle management and segmentation.
• Utilise data to segment customers and tailor communications for relevance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering & Analytics for multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage internal stakeholder communication across departments.
• Design and implement lifecycle strategies to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with CRM best practices and regulatory requirements while maintaining data hygiene.
• Oversee localisation of Wise’s international campaigns.
• Manage email calendar, deliverability, and monthly reporting.
