AllSaints is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to oversee global CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push and In‑App. You will balance technical execution, data analysis and commercial planning, guiding junior team members and collaborating cross‑functionally with Trade, Design, Analytics and Tech.

The role is based in East London with a hybrid working model, offering opportunities to lead lifecycle programs and optimise automated journeys while ensuring brand guidelines and customer journeys remain

Qualifications

• Experience building, launching and optimising CRM campaigns across channels.
• Strong data handling and analysis for lifecycle and transactional messaging.
• Ability to plan calendars and align campaigns with trading priorities.
• Experience leading junior team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day CRM operations across Email, SMS, Push and In-App.
• Own the CRM communications calendar and align with brand priorities.
• Support campaign execution to drive customer lifecycle engagement.
• Mentor Junior CRM Executive and CRM Executive.
• QA testing, segmentation and dynamic content before deployment.
• Analyse results and present to senior stakeholders.
