You\'ll help drive customer engagement through personalised and data-led campaigns, support segmentation strategies, and ensure all messaging is aligned with the wider trade and marketing plans. This is a key role for someone passionate about CRM best practices and looking to make an impact in a high-growth retail environment.

You have experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role—ideally within fashion, retail, or beauty. You\'re confident using CRM tools and analytics platforms to track performance, and you enjoy diving into customer data to uncover actionable insights. You\'re a strong communicator, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and you\'re excited by fast-paced environments. Bonus points if you have experience with Braze or app marketing.
