Job summary

The Jockey Club is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to own the Derby Festival CRM cycle and deliver multi-channel campaigns across three London racecourses. You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital and Partnerships to forecast revenue impact and drive engagement.

You will build personalized journeys using Dot Digital, GA4 and Fast Stats dashboards, analysing post-campaign performance to inform future strategy and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying and testing CRM campaigns.
• Experience using Dotdigital or similar ESP/customer engagement platforms and using data to define targeting groups.
• Strong reporting, copywriting, test-and-learn approaches with clear KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Derby Festival CRM cycle from on-sale launch to post-event analysis.
• Define and manage campaigns across Epsom, Sandown and Kempton Park with cross-team collaboration.
• Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, direct mail).
• Develop lifecycle journeys (welcome, nurture, engage, monetise, reward, win-back).
• Write compelling copy and brief design teams for assets.
• Present post-campaign insights and optimise future activity.
