Job summary

Better Placed is seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead multi-channel campaigns, automate workflows, and build a single customer view for better retention.

You will mentor two CRM Executives, report outcomes to senior stakeholders, and help shape the digital marketing strategy with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within CRM, including eCRM and core automation programmes.
• 3+ years within CRM, working on ESP platforms is ideal.
• Creative campaign delivery and content.
• Automation and workflow management.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation.
• Experience with data across teams to create a single customer view.

Responsibilities

• Support the brands overall CRM strategy, tracking its performance and keeping CRM as a key channel as part of the overall digital strategy.
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted campaigns.
• Multi-channel campaign planning and execution, as well as setting up automation and segmentation.
• Considerations include automation, new segmentation, A/B testing.
• Optimise the retention strategy for the brand, building customer loyalty.
• Support on the creative and content of the email campaigns, and CRM campaigns.
• Report on CRM campaign success and improvements and strategic aims. Communicating findings to senior stakeholders within the business
• Confidence in seeing your vision through. Including investment in tech & resource.
• Support of the wider Digital Marketing team, but mentor of 2x CRM Executives

• Automation and workflow experience and confidence in managing these areas.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation.
• Experience within with data, data in separate teams to create a single customer view.
