Job summary

Alpha Group is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to own and optimise the customer lifecycle across our growing portfolio of brands. You will design, build and refine automated journeys that drive activation, retention and loyalty, coordinating with product, data and tech teams to ensure data quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role with a track record of building automated journeys.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, SFMC) including journey builders, event-triggered messaging, and dynamic content.
• Data confidence: comfortable with customer data, event schemas, and segmentation logic.
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests, with a structured approach to continuous optimisation.
• Knowledge of HTML for email and templating languages (Handlebars or Liquid).
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
• Ownership: able to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across all Alpha Group brands.
• Map, build and maintain automated journeys based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Define events, fields and data feeds with product/tech teams and QA integrations.
• Build scalable audience segments based on trading activity, engagement and value.
• Design cross-brand journeys to move customers between brands while respecting compliance.
