About the Role

Our client, a thriving FinTech scale-up with $4bn ambitions, seeks a hands-on Senior CRM Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives in CRM targeting, segmentation, and pricing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to increase sales and engagement.
2. Build and refine segmentation models using structured and unstructured data.
3. Collaborate on pricing strategies and perform A/B testing to maximize profitability.
4. Optimize HubSpot CRM platform and explore automation opportunities.
5. Monitor campaign performance to improve ROI and overall efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Candidate Profile

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, experienced in data analysis and CRM campaigns, proficient in Python, R, or similar tools, with a background in quantitative fields. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with cloud services and advanced analytics.
