Your role

  1. Strategic Revenue Growth through CRM: Define and execute CRM strategies to drive revenue by activating and engaging users of Ledger Live's trading features.
  2. User Lifecycle Management for Traders: Develop strategies to nurture users from initial interest to high-value, active traders within the Ledger ecosystem.
  3. Trading Feature Activation Programs: Design onboarding and activation programs to introduce users to Ledger's trading features and encourage adoption.
  4. Revenue Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on CRM elements (messaging, offers, timing, channels) to increase trading activity and revenue.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align CRM efforts with revenue targets and ensure a cohesive user journey.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in CRM management/growth with a proven track record of driving revenue through activation and engagement, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or crypto trading platforms.
  • Experience in developing CRM strategies focused on increasing adoption and usage of revenue-generating features.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of CRM's impact on revenue metrics.
  • Interest or experience in the crypto industry.
