Qualifications

• Previous experience in a collections or credit control role.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills (intermediate level).
• A good understanding of workplace computer systems, with the ability to learn SAP quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in business English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor collections across assigned client ledgers.
• Reconcile ledgers and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs to maintain strong cash flow.
• Collaborate to ensure no services are provided to bad debt clients.
