Job summary

Pubity Group is seeking a Creator Growth Lead to own channel strategy across our creator pages and to lead the editorial team including video editors, static editors and researchers. You will shape content packaging, workflows and targets to drive followership, engagement and revenue.

You’ll work hybrid from London, coordinating with creators and partners to adapt to platform shifts, optimize monetisation and scale new pages quickly while maintaining quality and brand voice across the roster.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ industry experience in social media, channel or audience management
• Proven track record growing Facebook pages and YouTube channels at scale
• Editorially sharp with strong sense of tone and packaging

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content strategies for each creator’s pages and scale them
• Lead the editorial team of editors and researchers with clear briefs and feedback
• Analyse performance and turn insights into actionable plans
• Set growth targets for pages and evaluate ROI with partnerships and accounts
