Uncovered Group is seeking a driven Senior Creator Manager to lead innovative influencer campaigns for key accounts. You will blend strategy with hands‑on leadership, guiding development from concept to reporting and optimisation while mentoring a growing team.

You will manage senior client relationships, champion high‑quality creator work, and push for best‑in‑class results across platforms, ensuring culturally relevant, commercially effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in creator/influencer marketing at an agency, brand or platform.
• Proven casting and negotiation track record across multiple verticals.
• Strong understanding of creator best practice and platform fluency (TikTok, IG, YT Shorts).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and clients.
• Line management experience; able to lead a team and mentor juniors.

Responsabilités

• Act as day‑to‑day client lead for influencer work across high‑profile campaigns, with both oversight and hands‑on contribution.
• Translate client objectives into influencer strategies and actionable campaign plans with strategy and accounts teams.
• Present and sell in recommendations, creator selections and performance reports; manage budgets and timelines.
