The Candidate Ltd is seeking a hands-on Content Operations lead to own and scale our organic content machine. You will work across our own content and client work, shaping strategy, scripts, packaging and analytics to drive growth.

You will manage YouTube clients, direct shoots, review edits, and guide freelance editors and writers, taking increasing ownership of the entire content operation to turn content into real growth. This role offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting existing YouTube clients.
• Reviewing edits and giving clear, specific feedback editors can act on.
• Writing scripts for client and internal content.
• Creating and directing YouTube thumbnails and video packaging.
• Taking recorded long-form content from backlog to published video.
• Managing freelance editors and writers.
• Coordinating production and keeping projects moving.
• Working across ideation, scripting, packaging, production, publishing and analytics.
• Taking increasing ownership of the entire organic content operation.
