Job summary

Pubitygroup is building a global media platform and seeks a VP of Content to shape and lead our content strategy, reporting to the CEO. You will own the full content organisation, from flagship brands to IP, and drive growth across YouTube and US audiences.

This senior role demands proven leadership in social publishing, original formats, and P&L ownership. You will build a scalable content machine with strong UK/US leadership and a path to monetised IP.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship brand strategy with each brand growing its own identity, audience and revenue.
• Lead the development pipeline from short-form to long-form formats and IP, setting quality bars.
• Focus on US-first growth and ensure content decisions target new audience expansion.
• Build a dedicated YouTube growth engine with formats tailored for the platform and organic-first expansion.
• Own monetised content revenue including platform income, licensing and ad formats.
• Turn editorial ideas into sellable products for the commercial team with clear mechanics and pricing.
• Oversee Content P&L across people, original content, creators and licensing spend to drive revenue growth.
• Create a resilient content organisation with strong managers and a UK/US leadership pipeline.
