Job summary

GoPlaces is seeking a Creator Strategy Lead to own creator strategy across a portfolio of brands. You'll direct, manage a small team of Creator Strategists, and act as the go-to creator expert for brand partners. You'll work closely with our Head of Creators to help shape creator strategy across the wider team.

You don't need to come in knowing TikTok Shop creators inside out. We're just as interested in strong performance marketing or paid social operators from agency or D2C brand backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or creator marketing.
• Senior Manager or Lead level experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing junior teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own creator strategy across your portfolio of brands: set direction, priorities, and roadmap.
• Partner with Head of Creators to develop and test strategy.
• Act as day-to-day expert on creator matters for brand partners.
• Manage and develop 1-2 Creator Strategists; review content plans and reporting.
• Own creator investment recommendations and budget allocation.
• Brief senior account stakeholders on strategy, performance, and risk.
• Run multiple brand programmes in parallel with clear visibility for stakeholders.
• Spot patterns and build playbooks/best practices for the wider pod.
• Flag at-risk accounts early and lead resolution.
