We’re looking for a Senior Creative Analyst to play a hands‑on role in delivering best‑in‑class social creative analytics for our clients, across owned, earned and paid.
Reporting into the Creative Analytics Director, this role is focused on execution, analysis, and client delivery. You’ll be deeply involved in reporting, dashboard builds, and turning performance data into clear, actionable insights that help clients understand what’s working, why it’s working, and how to improve.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the data, owning outputs, and advising clients through evidence‑led insight.
This role sits at the intersection of Born Social (Creative) and Croud (Media), helping to prove the effectiveness of social‑first creativity through robust analytics.
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our London office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
