Gleeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major, complex programme within the nuclear sector in Warrington. The role involves managing costs and budgets of construction projects – from early cost advice to final account – with a hybrid working pattern.

You will deliver cost planning, procurement strategies, tendering, reporting, and mentoring while liaising with customers and directors. MRICS qualified professionals with solid cost management experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sound cost management experience post MRICS qualification.
• Experience in cost estimating, planning and post-contract cost management.
• Familiarity with tendering, contracts and procurement strategies.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

• Support Directors in delivering business objectives.
• Engage with Customers and maintain relationships.
• Deliver cost management deliverables to meet requirements.
• Prepare and present cost estimates and option studies.
