Job summary

Qualifications

• NEC 3/4 contract experience is essential.
• Progressing towards MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Confident, client-facing and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
• Advise on procurement strategies and forms of contract.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice.
• Value completed work and advise on payments.
• Produce detailed progress reports and manage contractual claims.
