Gleeds is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Cost Management to lead complex nuclear projects in Warrington. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage NEC contracts, prepare contract documents, and oversee financial management. Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar fields and experience in the construction or engineering sectors. Qualifications

• Ideally be qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or relevant discipline.
• Must have experience in the Construction environment or engineering discipline.
• Experience within Nuclear, Civil engineering sectors is essential.
• Professional qualifications or membership of relevant Chartered Institutes are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver major projects.
• Manage NEC forms of contract for compliance with processes and obligations.
• Prepare contract data and scope documentation to a high standard.
• Oversee financial management, including cost reporting and analysis.
