Job summary

CMR is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Engineer to join our award-winning project controls team on a major UK infrastructure programme in the Nuclear sector. Based in Bristol/Bridgwater with a 3 days in office and 2 days hybrid work, you will lead cost control, forecasting, reporting and project controls across a fast-moving delivery environment.

You will bring 10+ years in cost/forecasting, deep experience with EcoSys, SAP, Power BI and Teamcenter, and be comfortable leading teams and

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Management environment.
• At least 10 years in a senior Cost & Forecasting role.
• Experience in a complex, regulated industry such as nuclear or energy.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of cost forecasting and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain cost and forecasting information aligned to CBS/WBS.
• Lead Cost and Forecasting management within the Programme/Area.
• Maintain Cost and Forecasting portfolio to reflect current position.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
• Support scenario planning and cost-focused workshops.
• Ensure information supports prioritisation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with schedule, risk and Change disciplines.
• Provide training and guidance to Cost Engineers and teams.
