Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely, correct applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage contract changes and maintain governance and best practices.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budget adherence.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close final accounts.
• Lead people and commissions when required.
