Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost and commercial management across major water and infrastructure programmes in the UK. The role requires on-site presence in Peterborough three days per week and a track record of delivering complex projects for clients.

You will manage cost plans, forecasts, change control and reporting, while guiding cost managers within multidisciplinary teams. Strong governance, safety focus and NEC contract experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within infrastructure, engineering or construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in a client-facing environment.
• Experience with cost planning, forecasting, and change control.
• Strong governance, programme controls and safety focus.
• Experience with NEC contracts and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost and commercial management across major water/infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Lead cost planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and delivery partners to optimise value and manage risk.
• Ensure governance, safety and quality standards are met across programmes.
