Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK Infrastructure business is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to work on a variety of client-led and internal projects. You will deliver cost management, forecasting and reporting to keep programmes on budget and add value through effective contract administration.

The role requires strong communication, NEC3/contract management knowledge, and collaboration with client teams. You will drive governance, change control, and proactive cost planning across live infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management for infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of NEC3 or similar contracts.
• Ability to forecast and manage contract cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Establish client relationships and manage cost governance.
• Administer contracts per project objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Drive change control and value engineering across programmes.
• Negotiate final accounts and support procurement.
