• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Contract Management experience (NEC3 preferred).
• Strong change management and governance capabilities.
• Cost management, forecasting and reporting expertise.
• Valuation, procurement, estimating and pricing knowledge.
• Experience with change control and project governance processes.
• Ability to collaborate across client and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer a range of contracts in line with objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and budget control.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders; negotiate final accounts.
• Manage contract changes effectively and ensure governance compliance.
