Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management on a high-profile London-based infrastructure project. You will oversee end-to-end cost control, procurement, reporting and client liaison, ensuring value for money across the programme.

The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure projects, post-contract administration and team leadership, with MRICS being preferred. A dynamic, client-facing environment is offered in a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven cost/commercial management experience.
• MRICS is preferred.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts (Option C – Target Cost).
• Experience on major programmes and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost management on large infrastructure commissions.
• Act as client interface delivering a value-added cost management service.
• Manage procurement, cost planning and post-contract cost reporting.
• Oversee cost checking, valuations and final accounts.
• Develop and lead cost management teams; participate in bids and new business.
