Qualifications

• Experience with registered and unregistered land.
• Experience with Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax processes.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered land transactions.
• Mentor and support junior conveyancers and legal assistants.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of residential property law

Experience handling complex residential conveyancing matters

Strong client care and communication skills

Proven ability to manage transactions end-to-end

Ability to support and guide junior team members

Experience using conveyancing case management systems
