Job description

Our client based in St Neots are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm. Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role.

As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Day to day your duties will include:

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
  • Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
  • Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
  • You will prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
  • You will handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
  • Providing a consistent high level of customer service to clients
  • Complying with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
