Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee demolition/construction projects from our Nottingham office. You will travel to site locations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects valued around £400,000, typically lasting about 3 months.

You will lead on safety, schedule, and budget, build relationships with Tier 1 clients, and drive commercial performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification is essential.
• Proven experience managing demolition/construction projects with strong client liaison.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion with commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple demolition and construction projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and with high safety standards.
• Attend client meetings and produce regular project reports.
• Oversee programmes, resources and commercial performance.
