Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to lead delivery of demolition and enabling works across the Midlands and beyond, coordinating planning through to completion.

You will oversee site teams, manage programmes, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while travelling to multiple project sites across the UK.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in demolition
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods and enabling works

Location: Midlands (UK-wide travel required)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join an established demolition and enabling works contractor with a strong pipeline of secured projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition and enabling works projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational, commercial and site teams, overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demolition and enabling works projects from planning through to completion.
