Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for demolition/deconstruction projects across East Midlands/UK. You will own projects from planning through delivery, coordinating operational, commercial and technical teams to achieve targets and maintain safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have demolition/deconstruction PM experience, a background in complex construction, strong client-facing skills, and willingness to travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience within demolition or deconstruction.
• Strong background managing technically complex construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from planning/pre-start through to completion.
• Strong commercial and programme awareness.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and risk management.
• Experience coordinating operational, commercial and technical teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan and manage complex sequences of work.
• Appropriate construction qualifications and professional training.
• Flexibility to travel to projects as required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from pre-start and planning through to completion.
• Develop project strategy, methodology and programme with operational, commercial and technical teams.
• Lead delivery on site and manage programme, resources and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships, health & safety, risk and quality.
