Anglian Demolition and Asbestos, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee projects across East Anglia.
The role combines hands-on leadership with strong commercial oversight, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery from mobilisation to completion. The successful candidate will manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, require a CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card, and hold comprehensive demolition knowledge with a proven ability to coordinate
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a demolition management role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the demolition industry.
- CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card and at least 2 years’ demolition management experience mandatory.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability and willingness to travel to sites throughout East Anglia.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage demolition contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
- Plan and coordinate labour, plant, equipment and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Oversee Site Managers, Supervisors and demolition operatives.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project performance.
- Maintain RAMS, demolition plans, and company procedures.
